Pharmacy

The pharmacy is located at our Fairfax Office 333 Revolutionary Trail Fairfax, SC 29827 and was established in an effort to continue our goal of meeting the needs of the entire community.  Having a pharmacy on site allows patients to see one of our providers, and have prescriptions filled all in one stop.
