Wren Carroll
PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC Barnwell Family Medicine, Fairfax Site, Williston Family Medicine, Family Medical Center of Blackville, and Bamberg Specialty Services Wren Carrollprovides behavioral health services for patients at all stages of life. Wren sees patients at Barnwell Family Medicine on Mondays and Tuesdays and at Fairfax Family Practice on Wednesdays and Thursdays. "I chose to work in behavioral health because during my work as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I saw that mental health is the core of all human wellness. As a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have the privilege of sitting with patients during some of their darkest times, valuing the art of therapy along with the science of prescribing appropriate medications when indicated. An individual's mental state, emotions, and daily habits directly shape their overall physical health, relationships, and quality of life. I am passionate about an integrative, holistic approach that combines standard medicine with lifestyle and wellness habits. I want to focus on overall wellness by caring for the mind, body, and spirit together." |
