Walter Kirby, Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Mr. Walter Kirby received his Master of Physician Assistant from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2014. He is licensed in the state of South Carolina and certified with the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, he served in the US Air Force as a combat medic for 28 years with two tours in Iraq. He enjoys working with children of all ages and joined Low Country Health Care System in November 2014. Mr. Kirby provides Pediatric Care in the Fairfax office and fills in at Barnwell Pediatrics. He currently resides in Olar, SC. |

Bob Mynatt, Nurse Practitioner (CFNP)
Mr. Bob Mynatt is a Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in the Low Country of South Carolina since 2001. Prior to earning his Master's Degree in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina, he was a registered nurse with experience in medical, surgical, pediatric, intensive care, and emergency nursing. Mr. Mynatt is also a United States Navy Veteran. He has been with Low Country Health Care System, since February 2017. |

Erica O’Quinn, Nurse Practitioner (MSN, APRN, FNP-C)
Mrs. Erica L. O'Quinn, MSN, APRN, FNP-C began working with Low Country Health Care System in early 2022 and is a provider at our office in Fairfax. She previously worked as a registered nurse at Colleton Medical Center in their Intensive Care Unit. Mrs. O'Quinn was born in Walterboro and raised right down the road in Ruffin, SC. She attended undergraduate school at University of South Carolina where she obtained her bachelor's degree in the science of nursing. Her graduate studies were completed at South University in Columbia. She is board certified through AANP as a family nurse practitioner and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She resides in Ruffin with her husband, Phillip, of 6 years and young daughter, Mattie. Mrs. O'Quinn is most interested in preventive care and providing education to patients on the importance of screenings for diseases such as colon and breast cancer. Screenings lead to earlier intervention and better overall prognosis for identified illness. Mrs. O'Quinn enjoys serving the citizens of our community and strives each day to treat each patient as she would want her family to be treated. |
