Richard J. Wallace, Physician Assistant (PA-C)

In 2010, Mr. Richard Wallace graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina. From 2010 to 2017 he worked as an Active Duty Air Force Physician Assistant at Tyndall AFB and JB Charleston Family Health Clinic. In January 2018 he joined Low Country Health Care System and began practicing at Barnwell Family Medicine. He currently works at Williston Family Medicine. He is also a reservist with the 315th AMDS at JB Charleston. He is married with 3 children.

Kayla Medlin, NP

Kayla Medlin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began practicing in 2022 and joined Low Country Health Care System in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lander University and her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from Graceland University. Kayla enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has special interests in pediatrics, women’s health, metabolic health, and endocrinology.
